Die Tafeldecker in der Fuggerei in Augsburg

We ordered there for the first time a few days ago. The food was delicious. By far the best Maultaschen I have eaten in a long time. The vegan chilli is also great. Very friendly supplier and the food was warm too. We are happy to come back to the store to eat 100% of the time, especially after the lockdown.

The Tafeldecker to go are a great invention. We can recommend it to everyone. Delicious Maultaschen with a wide selection that offers meat and fish lovers as well as vegetarians perfect combination options. Fast and uncomplicated delivery. We have already ordered 3 times. The potato tippers for the Kinderschnitzel are also a little sensation. Otherwise, there is only one thing left to say: we look forward to being able to visit the beer garden again in summer after hopefully overcoming the Corona crisis.

Great kitchen! The Bavarian tapas is an original idea, 2-3 dishes are sufficient or you can share a selection with friends. I can only recommend.

Food is sometimes very good, sometimes you get old pretzels and industrial cakes. Service good. Portions a bit small and prices salted. One main course is probably not enough for a grown man.

Cozy restaurant, right at the entrance to the Fuggerei. The meals are served in the form of small dishes. Generally Bavarian / Swabian specialties such as cheese spaetzle, onion roast beef, sausage salad, etc. The food tastes good and the staff is friendly.

You can repeat the process as many times as you like and taste as many dishes. However, there is also the possibility of ordering a menu table by table, the courses of which consist of many different variations. The service is very friendly and attentive. Overall, highly recommended.

We were invited to the birthday party. Had starter, main and dessert. We were able to reorder during a course. The waitresses were super nice, friendly and attentive. Everything really tasted very good. It is served in small tapas portions, also nice for the eye, you will definitely be full, believe me. Even our boys, who eat well, were no longer receptive 😜🙈. I would only have liked the Kaiserschmarrn a little fluffier, it tasted good. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. Will definitely come again 😍 ... Only, the birthday cake was baked by me and brought with me ... 👍😊

The chairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is very reasonable. You certainly don't get the feeling of having dinner there like cucumber in a can. Fast and friendly service. I think that the entire staff did a harmonious job there. The food was not the only thing that amazed us at this inn! I really enjoy trying out new places and I'm tirelessly looking for new places to eat, but I will stay loyal to this restaurant, and we think the prices are perfectly okay.

We were in a group of girls and were fed up with tapas. Additional € 22.50 per person as often as you want. Food and selection was great. Just like wine and service. Absolute recommendation for regional, tasty cuisine in a beautiful ambience.

The waiters are constantly striving and courteous! Decorations on the tables and in the entire restaurant make sense and are stylish. The toilets are always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a very good impression. It is always nice and we had a nice evening here. It has never happened to me in the restaurant that a dish came cold on the table. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired.

Great historic place in a cozy atmosphere, very nice service and a great lunch menu. Super quality, absolutely fair in price and fantastic in taste - especially the Bavarian tapas selection. From the city center in about 10 minutes on foot or by tram. Definitely worth a stop when you are in Augsburg. Tip: it is worth making a convenient online reservation beforehand.

Fantastic atmosphere, wonderful service, and the food, beer and coffee were simply out of this world. 10/10 would go again. I may actually before going home.

Nice little restaurant in the Fuggerei (a must-see), nice choice of local dishes. Tables outside in courtyard or beside the restaurant. The latter are only candlelit, nicely romantic but a little dark to eat at and conducive to staining your shirt with a really dark sauce! Service with a smile!

I like the idea of Bayern & Swaeben cuisines combination transform into Tapas style. They taste good like regular south German food, except more delicate on the look. People might like to order over 2 dishes at a time, plus drink together make the bill more expensive than the other restaurants. But still it attracts many customers coming over and it always full during the prime time! Hard to get a seat.

Tafeldecker is a really nice and modern location in the near of the downtown of Augsburg. They offer a great variety of tapas. The dishes are yummy and also vegan people can find some option. We had ihr christmas dinner there and we all were satisfied. Unfortunately the menue portions were bit small.
